My name is Effie, I'm a 24 year old STL chick who really, and I mean really, likes to shop. Despite the fact I only recently got out of school and work in the nonprofit sector (i.e. limited funding for frivolity) I still like having nice things that will hold up, look expensive, and make me proud to say the deal I got!
I'm of the personal opinion that you shouldn't spend full price for, well, anything. Sure, there are exceptions, but you need to find those for yourself. I just know where the deals are!
